Telecorp has pre-paid service offerings giving organizations of all sizes the support they need when needed without 'busting the budget'. Block or Pre-paid hours are Service hours you purchase for future use. This allows you to bring in the help when needed with out a monthly fee. It is an excellent vacation planner, for when your on staff IT takes that much needed vacation, we can be there to alleviate any issues that may arise in their absence. It also is a great tool for managing projects, keeping the costs contained but receiving every dollar paid back in solid IT implementations.

We still offer our LOW hourly rates to any client that does not want or is not looking for 24x7 monitoring, bulk hours, or any of our other cost saving service plans and offerings.
